The Oil and Gas Research and Design Institute of Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR has announced a tender to buy electronic scales.
Those wishing to take part in the tender must submit a sealed application confirmed with a signature and a bank document on payment of participation cost no later than 16:30 (GMT +4) on Sept. 11 and tender bids until 11:00 on Sept. 18.
The bids will be opened at 11:00 on Sept. 18
