Many Azerbaijani companies have been successfully operating in Russia for a long time and Gazprombank plans to continue cooperation with them, creating a potential ground for new projects, the bank told Trend.
Gazprombank noted that in March 2019, the bank, jointly with the Azerbaijani Economy Ministry and AZPROMO, as well as with the support of the Azerbaijan-Russia Business Council, held a seminar for executives of major companies, which allowed them to exchange views and determine segments where the experience of Gazprombank can be applied.
“We received a request related to the projects in agriculture and the food industry. We hope that the discussions held during the seminar will turn into specific agreements,” the bank stated.
Gazprombank said that they also plan to offer to implement in Azerbaijan a number of innovative projects, in which bank has an extensive experience, for example, in the field of the support of banking contracts.
