Among the international observers, there are those who don't like Azerbaijan and came to the country from abroad on somebody's order, the chairman of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan Mazahir Panahov said Oct.31 at a press conference.
He said that the media should be actively involved in the coverage of the electoral process. "I ask voters to participate in the exit poll," Panahov said. "This is a personal right of every voter. But it would be nice if they participated in the exit poll."
He went on to add that there will be a lot of activity at the polling stations after 7:30 a.m. (GMT + 4 hours) November 1.
