"The situation in CIS is far from being ideal. Conflicts in CIS countries are still the number one problem for the organization," Abiyev said in Bishkek on 2 July after the meeting of the CIS Defence Minister's Council.
Abiyev said official Baku regularly raises at CIS occupation of Azerbaijan's 20% in result of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. "But unfortunately, the problem has not yet been solved," Abiyev said, adding that CIS countries do not express their concrete view on the issue.
