A petition called "100,000 votes to recognize Serzh Sargsyan war criminal", has also been joined by the Armenians.
The petition was initiated by a working group at the Council of State Support to NGOs under the President of Azerbaijan, to submit it to the UN Security Council.
The main purpose of the petition is to recognize the direct participant of the events in Khojaly, Serzh Sargsyan as an international criminal.
The working group plans to collect 100,000 votes on the petition in a short period of time.
