Top Azerbaijani official: No one doubts lack of common sense in Armenian leadership
Baku, Azerbaijan, Apr.21
No one doubts the lack of common sense in the Armenian leadership, Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of the Azerbaijani presidential administration, chief of the administration's foreign relations department wrote on his Facebook page Apr. 21.
Armenians have grown so impudent that they accuse Azerbaijan of violating the fundamental principles of the international law and call for canceling the Global Forum of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations, said Mammadov's message.
But, the Armenian leadership continues to act this way knowing well the proverb about the caravan (the dogs bark, but the caravan goes on), he added.
The top official noted that Armenia doesn't relate the occupation of the neighboring country's territory for over 25 years to the international law, despite the fact that all international organizations and structures, starting from the UN Security Council consider this occupation as violation of the international law.
In fact, the Armenian leadership doesn't see an inch beyond its nose, said the top official, adding that the reason of this impudence is that they are supported by some circles in certain countries.
Against the background of the tense situation in the world, Armenian leadership will never ensure the welfare and well-being of the country and its people with such actions, said Mammadov.
