Azerbaijani serviceman Amrah Yuzbekov was killed May 3 as a result of shootout on the line of contact between the troops of Azerbaijan and Armenia, said the message of the Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry.
The ministry has extended condolences to the family and friends of the killed soldier.
"Armenia's criminal military and political leadership bears the responsibility for the incidents on the line of contact," added the ministry.
