A special correspondent of Mediamax in Kazan reports attending the meeting are the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs вЂ" Yuriy Mezylakov (Russia), Stiven Mann (the United States), Berner Facie (France), as well as the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Despite the supposition, the Russian President Vladimir Putin is not expected to join the talks of the Azerbaijani and Armenian leaders.
