Turkey recognizes the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, the Secretary General of the Islamic Conference Organization (ICO) Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu stated on 4 October 2005 at the joint news conference with the PACE Secretary General Rene Van Der Linden, the Trend special correspondent in Strasbourg reports.
Responding to the question of the Armenian delegation’s representatives on the Turkish-Armenian border, Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu said, Turkey supports the just position of Azerbaijan in solution of the nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
