(ARKA) вЂ" Referendum on the Constitution reforms in Armenia will not have direct impact on the Karabakh resolution process, Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian told journalists. Nevertheless, positive result of the referendum will unambiguously consolidate the democratic basis in the country.
Oskanian said that more democratic and transparent country will maximally take into consideration public opinions while settlement of the problem. From this aspect there is an indirect relation between the referendum and Karabakh problem.
