“The meetings of the Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers are not planned in Paris,” Tahir Tagizada, the head of the Information Division of the Minsitry of Foreign Affairs, told Trend.
According to Tagizada, Elmar Mammadyarov, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, is on visit to Paris from 6 to 8 October to participate in the 33rd session of the UNESCO General Conference. He delivered a speech at the session and held some meetings.
However, the meeting with Vardan Oskanian, the Armenian Foreign Minister, who participated in the event, is not planned.
