The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs on the resolution of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict are currently holding consultations at the Azerbaijan Foreign Ministry. Prior to the meeting with the Azerbaijani FM, Elmar Mammadyarov, the co-chairs Russian Yuriy Merzlyakov, US Ambassador Steven Mann and French Ambassador Bernard Fassier avoided providing any commentary.
Around 15 member of the Karabakh Liberty Organization (KLO), dissatisfied with the activities of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, attempted to hold an unsanctioned picket at the moment of arrival of the diplomats. The police prevented the illegal action and detained dome participants.
