The deputy foreign minister of Azerbaijan, special representative of Azerbaijani president for the settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict Araz Azimov considers positive moment the appointment of Mathew Bryza to the position of American co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group.
Azimov told that it will bring impulse to the negotiations process, Trend reports quoting AzTV.
We repeatedly expressed that we approve the involvement of Bryza in this process. He is a professional and clever diplomat and we hope that he will play a positive role in this process, Azimov added.
According to Azimov, Bryza is expected to pay a visit to the region in near future.
