A family of Samir Mammadov, an Azerbaijan military kept under Armenian captivity, received the second letter from their son. Vidadi Mammadov, Mammadov's Uncle, informed Trend that the Baku Office of the International Red Cross and Crescent Society, presented the second letter sent during his 46-day stay in captivity. The letter contains only 3 sentences and Samir writes that he feels well and no problem with health. At the end he asked not to think badly of him. Nevertheless, the POW relatives do not believe that he has no problems with health. They are also surprised that he sent only 2 replies to 4 letters. Junior Sergeant Mammadov was taken a POW on 23 December 2006. He served in one of frontier divisions of Gazakh District, west Azerbaijan. He was captivated in a neutral zone in some 15km of the border between Gazakh District (Azerbaijan) and Ijevan (Armenia). The Azerbaijan officer is kept in Yerevan, Capital of Armenia.
