The Press Secretary of the Foreign Ministry of Armenia, Vladimir Karapetyan, said that the Foreign Minister of Armenia, Vardan Oskanyan, met with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group on February 16, 2007 in Paris.
During the meeting, the sides touched on the present stage of regulation of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, future steps in this respect as well as the principles and proposals on regulation of the conflict. In addition, the sides touched on the questions linked with the possible dates of the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, Trend reports with reference to www.regnum.ru.
The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs (Ambassador Yuri Merzylakov вЂ" Russian Federation; Ambassador Bernard Fassier вЂ" France; Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Matthew Bryza вЂ" United States) and Special Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Andzey Kasprzyk held next round of consultations in Paris on February 14-15, 2007. In addition, the Co-chairs intend to organize the meeting of Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia at the beginning of March.
