Letter of Mother of Azeri Military Captive did not Pass Military Censorship

Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend Z.Ibrahimkhalilova/ The letter from Tarana Mammadova, mother of the Azerbaijani military captive Samir Mammadov, to her son, has been returned to her as it did not conform with 'military censorship'.

On 21 February, with the participation of the representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Tarana Mammadova has written another letter to her son and now awaits a response in the next few days.

According to Samir's uncle, Vidadi Mammadov, when they receive a response letter from Armenia , the representatives of the ICRC will meet with them. The State Commission for Captives, Prisoners and Missing People of Azerbaijan has stated that they have no further information on the negotiations with Armenia .
