Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend Z.Ibrahimkhalilova/ The letter from Tarana Mammadova, mother of the Azerbaijani military captive Samir Mammadov, to her son, has been returned to her as it did not conform with 'military censorship'.
On 21 February, with the participation of the representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Tarana Mammadova has written another letter to her son and now awaits a response in the next few days.
