Shukur Mehtiyev, chief of Gazakh region Police Station, reported to Trend news agency that the resident of Aslanbayli village of Gazakh region, Mammadov Rovshan, 30 hanged himself in the attic of his own apartment on 21 November.
According to the relatives, Mammadov was not a mental disorder and did not have social problems, which may cause the suicide.
A criminal case has been filed in the Gazakh region Prosecutor Office.
Gazakh region is located 520km east of Baku.
