Azerbaijan, Khachmaz / Тrend corr A. Gafarov / An accident that happened at the 29th kilometre of the Gandob-Yalama highway near the village of Mushkur in the region of Khachmaz on 14 January, resulted in a death.
A Mitsubishi Pajero (10-XR-995), driven by Anvar Hasanov, ran into a tree by the roadside. As a result, Momina Gurbanova, 50, a Baku resident, died at the scene of the accident. Another passenger, Valentina Komarova, was taken to the Central Hospital of Khachmaz, the Khachmaz Police Office reported to Trend.
The police officers said the accident was caused by ice on the road.
