The employees of police station 14 received information that the inhabitant of Nardaran settlement, Amirkhan Jabbarov, keeps firearms. Jabbarov's son Zulfugar Jabbarov is being searched for.
When the policemen approached Amirkhan Jabbarov's home, he fired a shot and wounded the policeman Aydin Shiraliyev on his hand.
Jabbarov succeeded to escape from the place of incident. Measures are being taken to detain him.
The wounded police was hospitalized. A criminal case has been filed over the fact.
Several months ago, another employee of police station 14 Zaur Badalov also got wounded in Nardaran.
