Fazli Heydarov who was injured in a fire in an apartment building in Baku is in stable condition, the hospital told Trend .
The third floor of a four-floor apartment building at 106 Shamsi Badalbayli Ave. in Baku caught fire on Jan. 26. The fire has been extinguished, Trend correspondent reported from the scene.
