The criminal case on an individual accused of minor rape has begun in Baku.
According to Nasimi District Police Department, Sumgayit resident Sabuhi Ashraf oglu Rustamov, 46, threatening 16 years-old Samira (conditional name) in S.Zeynalov Str, 7 took her to Guba.
Rustamov raped minor in Guba region.
Rustamov was detained on the basis of victim's complaint.
The case is under investigation.
