Azerbaijan has filed a criminal case on mass poisoning in the Agjabadi region.
A criminal case has been filed under Article 124.2 (Murder on imprudence of two or more persons) on mass poisoning, which killed two residents of the region's Taynag village, Agjabadi Region Deputy Prosecutor Elgun Suleymanov told Trend today.
Suleymanov said no one has been detained due to the fact yet.
As a result of the incident which took place Oct.26 six victims were taken to the hospitals in Baku.
According the preliminary information, these people poisoned with the canned cucumber pickle.
