The police identified the second person who died in a car explosion near a National Security Committee building in Astana on May 24, Interior Ministry official Kalamkas Temirova said today.
"That 34-year-old-person was convicted four times," she said. "He was a resident of the Pavlodar region. He was recently convicted of robbery."
She said the technical expertise is not yet ready.
A car exploded near a building of the temporary detention facility of the National Security Committee Department in Astana on may 24. Two people died.
