Currently the rescuers are looking for a man in Kur River near the Metekh Bridge in Tbilisi.
They were called by a citizen who claims that he saw a young guy in the water who asked for help.
The search so far has not given any result.
The rescuers have found a bag with documents that belong to a Turkish citizen Murad Gunduz. It is not known whether the man tried to commit suicide, or fell into the river by an accident.
A representative of the Turkish Embassy in Georgia has arrived in the scene.
