A training aircraft fell down into Masazir Lake, law enforcement agencies told Trend on Friday.
As Absheron Region Prosecutor's Office told Trend, AN-2 aircraft fell down into Masazir Lake. According to preliminary data, the aircraft crashed due to technical failure.
According to the Prosecutor's Office, the aircraft was owned by the CJSC "Azerbaijan Airlines" (AZAL).
There were two pilots in the aircraft, who survived. Investigation is conducted by the Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry.
