A fire occurred in the five-story building at the intersection of Rashid Behbudov and 28 May streets, Trend reported with reference to the witnesses of the incident.
Fire intensified, the fire spread to the entire fifth floor and attic of the building.
Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov arrived on the scene.
Seven fire brigades and ambulance car arrived at the scene.
Doctors have helped an elderly woman, breathed acrid smoke.
Residents were evacuated from the burning building. Firemen trying to extinguish the fire. Causes of fire is unknown.
