One dies in Hatay protests

One person was killed as a result of gunfire opened by unknown persons in Hatay during protests in support of the Taksim events, the Turkish Anadolu agency reported.
The governor-general of Hatay Mehmet Jalaladdin said investigations are being carried out.
Actions in support of protesters in Taksim Gezi Park of Istanbul are being held in different cities of Turkey. According to the report of the Turkish media outlets, tensions in Taksim Gezi Park are continuing.
During the events that took place in Turkey in relation to the Taksim Gezi Park events, 115 police officers were injured and 58 others who were injured are being given medical aid in hospitals.
The sixth Administrative Court of Istanbul has given an order to halt the construction of the Topchu Kishlasi trade centre on Taksim Square.
Earlier on the morning of June 1, a group of protesters in Izmit province attempted to seize the building of the Turkish ruling party, but the demonstration was dispersed after intervention from the police.
