An earthquake hit Azerbaijan's Shamakhi region.
The earthquake was recorded on August 1, at 10:21, in 11 kilometers to the south from Pirgulu, according to the report posted on Thursday on the official website of Republican Seismological Service Center of Azerbaijan's National Academy of Sciences.
According to the report, the earthquake in Shamakhi was felt in the force of up to 3 points. The magnitude of the earthquake, that broke out at 6 kilometers depth amounted to 3.10 points.
No damages have been reported.
