Torrential rains have paralyzed traffic in several Turkish cities.
The greatest damage was in Izmir, the Turkish newspaper Sabah reported on Monday.
The water level on some streets of the city reached one meter. Several sea cruises have been cancelled in Istanbul because of the rain and strong wind today.
