The earthquake measuring 3.3 occurred 19 kilometers to the east of the Lerik region at 10:30 on Feb. 27, the Republican Seismological Service Center of the Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences told Trend on Feb. 27.
The tremors were recorded at a depth of 22 kilometers.
One could feel the tremors measuring up to three points in the nearby settlements. There were no damages.
The town of Lerik is located in the south of Azerbaijan, 325 kilometers from Baku.
