One of Turkish cities declared disaster zone

The Turkish city of Gekceada in Canakkale province declared disaster area due to heavy rains, Turkish Milliyet newspaper wrote.
Flooding has badly affected 60 percent of residential buildings. Offices, intercity highways and roads have been damaged as well.
Victims or injuries have not been reported, according to the Office for the Prevention and Emergency Management.
