On Thursday at 00.40am [local time] the employees of the Coastguard Service of the Azerbaijani State Border Service (ASBS) saved a crewman of the fishing boat belonged to Astrakhan, Russia, the press service of ASBS told Trend.
The Coastguard Service sent observation boat after receiving SOS. The frontier guards delivered crewman Valulin Renat Maratovich with broken leg to the Baku trauma hospital 3 to render first medical aid.
The state of Maratovich is satisfactory.
