On July 25, the resident of Mingachevir city Rasim Alishov born in 1967 passed away in the provisional keeping insulator of Mingachevir Police Department due to cardiac insufficiency, Samad Usubov, the assistant prosecutor of Mingachevir, told Trend.
Rasim Alishov was arrested by Mingachevir court for 5 days in accordance with article 310 of Code of Administrative Punishments. Mingachevir prosecutors office is holding investigation in relation with the fact.
