Two women involved in human trafficking were arrested

In result of operative-investigation measures taken by the employees of the Head Department for Fight with Criminality (HDFC), two women were detained who were engaged

in human trafficking, Imran Hajafov, the chief of HDFC department for fight with human trafficking, told Trend.

The citizen of Baku city Elnara Sattarzade born in 1969 and the citizen of Mushvuigabad village Liliya Aliyeva were taking and selling various Azerbaijani women in Dubai and Ankara. After receiving information about this issue, the employees of HDFC held an operation over human trafficking. After their activity was confirmed, both women were arrested by HDFC.

A criminal case was raised in connection with the fact. By means of Sattarzade and Aliyeva, it is defined the personalities and places of women becoming victims of human trafficking.
