Valery Tatarintsev, the Vice-President of the Federal National Culture Autonomy AzerRos, informed Trend Correspondent to Moscow that the investigation of an incident recently happened in Nizhniy Novgorod due to the attack on a cafe that belongs to Azerbaijani is currently underway and all those who are guilty will be punished.
He said that activists of the Azerbaijan Diaspora and him met Viktor Bratanov, the Chief of the Central Internal Affairs Department of Nizhniy Novgorod, Valery Maximenko, the Public Prosecutor of the Russian Region, as well as Vladimir Zorin, the Deputy Plenipotentiary of the Russian President. They assured that the investigation was underway and that all those who had been guilty would be punished.
Mail Aghalarov, a Representative of AzerRos to Nizhniy Novgorod, informed Trend about the details of the incident happened in the Russian City. He was on the scene of action himself. According to eye-witnesses, that evening, four women came to the cafГ© вЂ" Zolotoy Slon (Gold Elephant). One of the women whose name is unknown was an investigator of the Public Prosecutor Office of the City. After the ladies had supper, a waiter presented a bill to them. However, the women coarsely abandoned to pay it by threatening employees of the cafe that one of the ladies would call her husband, and then his friends and him В"would wipe you Azerbaijanis out of there. After another request to pay for the supper, the woman called the very husband, an officer of an emergency plat, who then turned to be just her lover. At first, four men came to the cafГ©. Then, they called other 15who initiated a fight with employees of the cafГ© by causing damage to the property of the cafГ© and seriously injuring its employees.
In result several Azerbaijanis are in a serious condition in hospitals #33 and #35 of Nizhniy Novgorod City.
Mr. Aghalarov considers that despite of initiating a criminal case, it is necessary to do take all efforts to continue the investigation of the case until the real guilt in what happened was not brought to responsibility.
