The Advisor to the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Russia, Bakhish Zeynalov, informed Trend that the Embassy is following the investigation into the case of the assassination of the Azerbaijani businessmen, Chingiz Sariyev, who was shot in Moscow on February 15th. Representatives of the Interior Ministry of Azerbaijan who are in Moscow have control of the criminal case over the assassination of the Azerbaijani businessmen. According to Zeynalov, the body of the shot businessmen will be sent to Azerbaijan in the near future.
Sariyev was an inhabitant of the Ujar district of Azerbaijan, had trade centers in the Veshnyakovski market of Moscow and was an active member of the Azerbaijani diaspora in Moscow.
