Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. I.Alizadeh / The Open Society Party (OSP) appealed to court due to state registration, Akif Shahbazov, the chairman of the party, said.
"We expect respond from the Justice Ministry. If the Ministry delays with registration we will try to solve the issue through any possible ways," Shahbazov said.
The Ministry did not find out any shortages preventing registration of the party, the chairman said.
We will tray to meet with officials of the Justice Ministry to discuss the issue and after we will think over the future steps, Shahbazov added.
OSP was founded in April 2007.
