Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr S. Ilhamgizi / The activists of Azerbaijan's Dalgha youth movement, who were detained for an attempt to draw attention to education problems, were released, a representative of the organization, Sada Hasanova, reported to Trend.
The members of the movement held a barefoot rally along the central avenues of Baku.
Several members of the rally were detained in Sahil Garden, the remaining 17 members in the Fountain Square. They were delivered to the 39th Police Department of Sabail District. The activists were released in several hours without fining.
The demonstrators went back to Sahil Garden to take their shoes.
