Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. S.Ilhamgizi / Azerbaijani New Zaman (New Time) Party will hold rally if the Azerbaijani Justice Ministry refuse to register the party, Musa Agayev, the chairman of the party, said to the Trend Agency.
The party was founded in July 2007. The party appealed for registration to the Azerbaijani Justice Ministry.
The document had to be considered within 35 days. However, the Ministry has not responded for two months.
"The Ministry will respond within a week. There are no shortages in the documents and we will hold a rally once the Ministry rejects to register it," the chairman said.
The New Zaman is an opposition party.
