Magazine Dedicated to Azerbaijan Published in Bulgaria
Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. S. Agayeva / A special supplement dedicated to Azerbaijan was published in the Happy Weekend magazine published in Bulgaria.
The Azerbaijani Embassy to Bulgaria reported the supplement informed readers about the history of Azerbaijan. Sergey Stanishev, the Prime Minister of Bulgaria, is planning to visit Azerbaijan on 11 and 12 November.
Shusha City of Azerbaijan, which is currently under Armenian occupation, was pictured on the jacket of the supplement.
The magazine informs readers about history, culture, and the political and economic situation of Azerbaijan, as well as about the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh, the occupied Azerbaijani territories by Armenian aggressors.
Some articles were dedicated to the life and activities of former Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev, the history of the government, the country's oil strategy, as well as the role of Azerbaijan in the world.
The Azerbaijani Ambassador to Bulgaria, Elman Zeynalov, gave an interview to the Bulgarian national radio in October. The Ambassador gave the full information about the current tourist's opportunities and oil strategy of the country, as well as all measures taken by the country in settling the conflict.
