Azerbaijan, Kazakh / Trend corr. N.Fatullayeva / The five years' prescription heinous crime has been disclosed in Agstafa region of Azerbaijan. Rasim Aliyev, the chief of the Police Station of the Agstafa region, said Abbasov Akif Mammadoglu, 48 was murdered on 16 February 2002 in Poylu village of Agstafa region.
According to Aliyev, the crime was disclosed as a result of operative measures. The suspected Huseynzadeh Aslan Orujoglu and Musayev Jalal Ikramoglu were detained.
A criminal case has been filed over the fact.
