Japanese Government Allocates $224,000 on Realization of Social Projects in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend K.Ramazanova / Japan and Azerbaijan signed three agreements on Fundamental assistance. Tadahiro Ade, the Japanese Ambassador to Azerbaijan, signed the document of behalf of his country and heads of three non-governmental organizations (NGO) on behalf of Azerbaijan.

The agreement will enable to implement three projects in the amount of $224,000. The projects are directed at the reconstruction of children's clinics in Ismayili District, Azerbaijan, construction of medical centres in two villages of Barda and construction of school in Zakatala District.

Under the grant program "Fundamental Assistance" 99 projects in the amount of more than $6mln were realized since 2000.
