Maharramli / Evguenia Jivkova was appointed a new co-rapporteur on Azerbaijan for the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Azerbaijani PACE delegation, which is taking part in the discussions over frozen conflicts organized by the PACE Monitoring Committee and the German Institute for International Affairs and Security in Berlin, reported to Trend.
According to the official site of CE, Evguenia Jivkova is a member of the PACE Monitoring Committee on Culture, Science and Education, as well as Sub-Committee on the Cultural Heritage.
