Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. S.Ilhamgizi / The proposals connected with the consideration of appeals concerning the Azerbaijani Election Code will be generalized within the few next days, Mazahir Panahov, the chairman of the Central Election Committee, said.
The discussions concerning reforms in the Azerbaijani Election Commission organized by the Council of Europe Venice Commission and International Fund on Election System (IFES) will be held in Baku on 7, 8 and 9 November.
The representatives of political parties, NGOs and international organizations proposed to cancel envelopes for voting papers, as well as to re-consider appeals by population whose names were missed in the election list, Panahov said.
The discussion of the Election Code will not be completed within the framework of the three day round table. The offered proposals will be re-considered with international organizations," Panahov said.
