Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend / Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev decreed on formation of Azeryolservis OJSC with 100% of its stock owned by the State.
The Ministry of Transport, a stockholder of Azeryolservis, was empowered to treat structural and organization issues from behalf of the State.
