Trend A.Ismaylova / Bilateral talks on legal status of Caspian will take place between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan in Ashgabat on 19 November, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Khalaf Khalafov, said on 15 November.
