Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr K. Ramazanova / Azerbaijan as a full member of the Council of Europe (CE) still has to fulfil a range of obligations it undertook, the representative of the CE General Secretariat to Azerbaijan Denis Bribosia said in Baku on 9 December.
Speaking at the international conference The Policy of the European Union and the Council of Europe in Human Rights Field: Prospects of Azerbaijan's Euro-integration, he said that making changes to the Azerbaijani Election Code and judicial system, improvement of the human rights situation and national minorities, passing of the draft law on Alternative Military Service and others are among the obligations.
