Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend K.Ramazanova / In order to settle the 'frozen conflicts', the GUAM countries have decided to demonstrate a unified opinion and consider the UNO tribune as a prospect to influence their settlement.
On 14 December, Araz Azimov, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, briefed the media that the conflicts have both the differences as well as similarities. GUAM support every international mediation, he stated.
According to Azimov, consideration of these issues in the UNO by international communities will be a message to the countries which hamper in the settlement of the process of the conflicts.
