Azerbaijan, Baku, 10 January / Trend corr. S.Agayeva / Gediminas Kirkilas, the Lithuanian Prime Minister, will pay an official visit to Azerbaijan on 28 and 29 January, Kudzmanas Kastutis, the Lithuanian Ambassador to Azerbaijan, stated in a telephone interview for Trend on 10 January.
There are plans to discuss more relevant issues of trade-economic cooperation of the two countries, international and regional and transport projects and energy cooperation during the Lithuanian Prime Minister's visit to the country, the Ambassador said.
The Prime Minister will be accompanied by state officials. The business-forum, with the participation of businessmen from both countries, will be held in Baku.
The agreement projects on the development of bilateral cooperation are expected to be signed during the visit of the Lithuanian Prime Minister to Azerbaijan, by the Governments of the both counties. The document covers such areas as transport, economy and many others.
