Azerbaijan, Baku, 7 February / Тrend corr S. Ilhamgizi / On 7 February, the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has received the acting chairman of the German Commerzbank Martin Blessing.
Blessing said that he is visiting Azerbaijan for the first time and the main purpose of the visit is to participate in the official opening of the Baku Office of the Commerzbank. He noted expansion of the relationships between the two countries in the field of economy, and also voiced his gratitude to the administration of the country for support in opening of the Commerzbank's Baku Office. The operation of the Office will enhance the economic relationships, he said.
The Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stressed the successful development of the relationships between Azerbaijan and Germany in different spheres, including economics. He evaluated the opening of Baku office of the German bank, as an important index of the cooperation.
